Se necesitan 9 votos y al dar qu\u00f3rum se corr\u00eda riesgo de que se apruebe\u201d.<br class=\"html-br\" \/><br class=\"html-br\" \/>\u201cSe evit\u00f3 el qu\u00f3rum para que no se apruebe y vuelva a comisi\u00f3n. Vino la parte del municipio, pero cuando lo discutimos en comisi\u00f3n nos pareci\u00f3 que el monto no era el adecuado\u201d.<br class=\"html-br\" \/><br class=\"html-br\" \/>\u201cLa Ley Org\u00e1nica establece que yo le puedo vender un terreno si es una empresa. Ahora, para un desarrollo que no implique viviendas de uso social o empresas, existe la licitaci\u00f3n p\u00fablica\u201d.<br class=\"html-br\" \/><br class=\"html-br\" \/>\u201cYo estoy convencido de que eso tiene que ir a licitaci\u00f3n p\u00fablica y tiene que ser amplio para todos\u201d.<br class=\"html-br\" \/><br class=\"html-br\" \/>\u201cNosotros objetamos el precio y la forma, si es legal o no hacer la venta de esa forma.
