El secretario general de SOEMB, Jos\u00e9 Montero, tras una asamblea con los afiliados, confirm\u00f3 por #FmTiempo que aceptaron el ofrecimiento para las paritarias 2024. Por otro lado, seguir\u00e1n el reclamo de forma legal por las paritarias 2023 del mes de noviembre.<\/p>\n

\u201cEn base a la ultima propuesta, lo sometimos a votaci\u00f3n y por mayor\u00eda se acept\u00f3 la propuesta\u201d.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

\u201cLa propuesta fue la misma que la del otro gremio, que es cubrir la inflaci\u00f3n de febrero y el 1,8% es como pago del 5,6 % que no s\u00e9 pag\u00f3 en enero\u201d.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

\u201cEn total en marzo vamos a cobrar un 15% de aumento salarial\u201d.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

\u201cAdem\u00e1s, para destacar va a ser una paritaria abierta y en el mes de abril nos vamos a volver a sentar y tambi\u00e9n empezamos a discutir el pase a planta permanente\u201d.<\/p>\n

\u201cHoy lo que estamos aceptando y cerrando son las paritarias del 2024 para que no s\u00e9 genere confusi\u00f3n\u201d.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

\u201cCon conocimiento de causa, el otro gremio firm\u00f3 un acuerdo salarial a la baja (2023) y hoy lo est\u00e1n reclamando\u201d.<\/p>\n

\u201cEl aumento del 13,2% y del 1,8% s\u00ed se va a pagar\u201d.<\/p>\n
